Between Paris (CDG airport) and Changi airport, the Premium Economy (PE) cabin by Singapore Airlines (SIA) was launched on November 24th on some flights, and on all flights from the December, 4th 2015.
You will find here the full presentation of this new Premium Economy Class. Singapore Airlines has it currently on its A380-800 and B777-300ER on destinations like Sydney, London, Hong-Kong, Frankfurt, Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles, etc. I traveled it December 16, 2015 from Paris.

Conclusion
Positive points : - Experience of a spacious, comfortable and quiet cabin with a modern and dynamic design (elegant gray tones highlighted with touches of orange) - A high quality seat offering plenty of space and comfort (it is equivalent to some Business seats of some other companies) with great leg rest, footrests, and noise-canceling headphones - Personalized service and high quality cuisine, with a bonus thanks to the Book the Cook service and some champagne by Ernest Rapeneau offered throughout the all flight (for fans, the Brut Selection: 45% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Black 5% Pinot Meunier).
Point of improvement: - The amenity kit that contains only a pair of socks and a toothbrush, i.e. the same products as in Eco class, but just redesigned for the occasion (a different design cover and an orange sock to match the color of the cabin). It would be better to offer a really special product for PE.
My general opinion: Singapore Airlines is one of the last major global companies (after Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa, etc.) to offer since mid-2015 a premium economy class, and the result was worth the wait. This is a no-fault which, for me, immediately places the product in the course of the best Premium Economy alongside Cathay Pacific, Air New Zealand and Qantas. For flights over 10 hours, the price difference with the Eco worth the services and comfort offered.
