Hi guys. Welcome to my next report on Flight-Report. Today, I will fly with Vietnam Airlines from Hanoi to Nha Trang on Airbus A321. Today's flight would start at Terminal 1, Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi.
Let's get inside the terminal by going through a disinfection chamber.
This flight was made in May after social distancing regulations were lifted in Vietnam, and domestic flights were slowly resumed.
Today, I would fly on flight VN1563 to Nha Trang / Cam Ranh, and the estimated departure time would be 2.00 pm.
Still, all the passengers had to follow 2-meters distancing regulation.
Vietnam Airlines check-in area
After finishing the check-in procedure, I went to health declaration area to check my online health declaration form that I had filled at home.
Check-in procedure and health declaration check were all cleared. Now I went to security check area.
Security check was done fast, and I finally got into airside.
Time to go to the departure gate of this flight.
Here was the departure gate of this flight: gate 9, and this is a bus gate.
Boarding was called, and I went downstairs and got on the bus to get to the aircraft. Before boarding, all the passengers had to take body
temperature checks and rechecked the health declaration forms.
This was the aircraft for today's flight. This Airbus A321 has the registration of VN-A331, and it was 8.6 years old.

Here was my seat on this flight: seat 18A.
Legroom was quite generous like on many other A321s of Vietnam Airlines.

Safety video was screened on overhead screens before departure.
Nearly 25 minutes after boarding, the aircraft started to pushback and taxied to the runway.
Take-off
About 5 minutes after take-off, drink was served.
I got a small bottle of water and a refreshing tissue only. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, Vietnam Airlines had suspended serving food and snacks on their flights.

In the seat pocket, I had: a sickness bag, a safety card, an inflight magazine of Vietnam Airlines named Heritage, and another magazine named Heritage Fashion.

After about 1 hour and 10 minutes, the aircraft started to descend and prepared for landing.
The views of Cam Ranh Bay started to appear outside the window, and it was outstanding.

My journey had ended at Domestic Terminal, Cam Ranh International Airport, Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province. Thank you for reading and watching, and see you in the next report :D
The check-in process was efficient, and I'm really impressed with the strict health check process. It made me feel safer when flying. The interiors were quite clean and were not seem outdated. Also, the flight departed on time and arrived sooner than estimated time. There was no snack on this flight due to the coronavirus, which was fine at that time. The crews also did a great job on this flight. Overall, the flight was uneventful and nothing much happened, but more importantly, it feels great to be able to fly again. I'm also fascinated with all the measures and how people practiced them responsibility to prevent the spread of coronavirus in society.
