The Air France app is well desgined, and you can have your boarding pass at hand.
Time for the cabin map moment!
AT PARIS - CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT
I arrived from my previous flight at F1 building terminal, the western bit of the terminal, and my next flight to Lyon was from F2…
I had about 1hour or so, so i went to the lounge.
AT THE 2F AIR FRANCE LOUNGE
I can't wait for that new F lounge to open, these two lounges at terminal F start to be really small and lack of cool features, especially if you compare it to the lounges at L and M buildings.
For once I went on the lower ground floor of the lounge, where you have almost exactly the same features as the main floor - minus showers.
Food was ok - nothing exceptional. At least the crepe was good and should be noted for it. I am not sure if one day AF will offer more substential food than these buffets?
onboard the a319
After just half an hour, I went to my gate, where the skyteam elite priorities were respected.
And here is our plane of today. In the Avgeek world, we call this new livery the "crevette livery"… This unit has the wingtips repainted in blue with the "prawn" drawn on it.
Aircraft: Airbus A319-111 Registration: F-GRHQ Engines: 2x CFM56 Age: 20 Years Layout: Y143 Observation: Equipped with Wifi and with the new livery.
Unfortunately for me, the cabin wasn't equipped with the new best seats, but these old recaro seats, that I think should rather be called Ironing boards.
The view from my seat..
Push back..
and taxiing to runway 26R this time..
take off!
and here we go!
climbing towards Le Bourget airport.
I forgot to take a picture of the service, but it was limited to a drink anyway - I had my coffee and water as usual.
Look at that winglfex!
There are still no paper magasines on board and so I read it on the app.
Did you notice that back in march the first B777-200ER already left the fleet? The count is down to 21 now.
Soon after we started our descent over Burgondy, and this bridge that i have visited…
And approach where you could see the two rivers of Lyon and the historical centre..
And above all the Mont Blanc!
Finale over the motorway..
Full flaps
Over the 35R runway
The PAPIs
Full speed brakes
at Lyon - saint exupery airport
And here we are!
We arrived at gate Q06, as usual

Conclusion
Another nice flight with Air France. WiFi becomes a real plus and it is nice to see that the airline fits its units with it. The A319 are due to be replaced soon with A220s so one could understand why these are still the old seats.
CDG: as usual. Lounge: needs a bit more space, it gets really crowded.
LYS: efficient as usual. What i appreciate on top of the cleanlyness is the "no surprise" factor. Everything is always the same. Gate on arrival, the belt of the luggage reclaim etc..
