Introduction
This report is from 2014 trip report. I was visiting Melbourne for a short visit.
Arriving at Airport
Arrived at airport by train after work. Got off at domestic terminal and then proceeded to departure area.
CHECKIn and SEcurity
I had printed the boarding paper while checkin for the flight. Headed for security check. Had some food before proceeding to gate.
Waiting Area
Boarding was not opened for the flight. Waited close to gate.

Boarding complete, Ready for pushback to Perth.

Boarding
Boarding call was made, boarding paper was scanned and was allowed to continue on the aircraft.
Onboard
Crew checked boarding pass details and continued towards seat.

It was a full flight. Cabin filling with passengers,

Pushback and Taxi
Pushback commenced few minutes late as passengers were boarding late.
Safety demonstration was manually conducted by crew.
Cabin made ready for departure
Crew conducted safety check and then took seats for departure.

Departure
Departure for this flight was from runway 16L. It took almost 15 mins to reach the runway. Departure was towards South and then cruise altitude and onward to Melbourne.

BUY ON BOARD SERVICE
Crew conducted buy on board service, I did not require any things. Used tray to support the reading material.
Leg space was enough for me.

Landing in Melbourne
Time passed resting, Pilot announced descent to commence, crew collect cabin rubbish and then safety check. Landing was smooth.

Arrive at parking bay
Disembarkation and eXIT Airport
Disembarkation was through stair and then walk to baggage collection. As I wasn't carrying check-in bag, exited terminal 4 without delay.
Walked towards the Virgin Terminal to buy SkyBus ticket. After reaching Southern Cross station, caught train to destination.

Conclusion
Tiger Airways was chosen for the price, Departure and arrival was ontime. On Board service was buy-on-board. Being flown domestically these aircraft do not have any inflight entertainment. Inflight magazine was provided for reading. Overall a satisfactory flight.

So... whatever happened to your window seat? :O How did you end up in the middle seat?
That might explain why LATAM has kept their tray tables even after they replaced their meal service with a lousy cup of water.
