Onwards to Nairobi via Jo'burg. My pick up for the airport was at 5:15am so an early start with no coffee or breakfast. There was absolutely no traffic so I was at the airport by 5:45am. Only one counter was staffed so it was a slow check in process. At 6am, 2 more counters were opened. There were no lines for immigration so a few minutes later I was through to the South African lounge. Not a lot of food on offer, but I did eat a muffin and some coffee. Boarding started early and the economy section was quite full. Business was pretty empty.
Our neighbor also heading to Jo'burg.
Once underway, I immediately fell asleep until we were approaching Jo'burg. We landed about 15 minutes early.
We parked at a remote stand and had to be bussed to the terminal.
