I had arrived at airport early being an international flight. After reaching airport, took the escalator to departure area for check-in
Check-IN
I had checked online for this flight. I waited in short queue for baggage drop-off.
Ground staff checked passport and visa, tagged the bag till Mumbai. Received boarding pass and immigration form.
Immigration and Security
Immigration queue was long but fast moving. Completed the formality in no time. Security check was conducted and was allowed in the departure area.
Duty Free
After security check, passed through duty free shops.
As I had not purchased, browsed while passing through.
Perfumes, food items on display.
Direction towards gate.
After passing through the duty free area, reached food court.
Flight schedule on large panel with Terminal map, clock and weather details.
Walking towards Gate
While waiting in food court, had a coffee and watched some news.
Food court and coffee lounge.
Singapore Airlines gate was allocated on the new International extension pier. Passing more duty free shops.
Long walk towards gate.
Reached the waiting area near the gate. With some time for departure, explored the terminal. Adequate seating area.

Still time for boarding, plane-spotted. Singapore Airlines A330-300 preparing to operate SQ208 to Singapore.

Boarding
I joined the queue as boarding was called by seat numbers.
Full flight to Singapore. Seated in the rear of the aircraft, boarded early upon boarding call. Passport coverpage and boarding pass was checked and was allowed to continue towards aircraft.

Cabin crew was at the door, checking seat numbers and directing passengers.
SEAT VIEW
Reached my seat and organised self for departure while boarding continued.
Window view as sun had set in Autumn.
PushBack and Departure
Cabin crew commenced onboard service distributing towel. Towels were collected back before departure.

There was a short delay waiting for clearance. Pushback commenced. Safety demonstration was conducted through personal display.
Departure
After pushback, aircraft taxied towards runway 27 to depart towards the West.

Cabin service commenced with drinks service.
Drinks service commenced shortly after departure.

Having ordered special meal, I received meal along with other special meals.
Dinenr Service
Dinner packaging
HMNL consists of - Veggies, chicken gravy and pulao rice, bread, butter, cheese, crackers, salad along with dessert - Sev and water.
Cabin view
After meal, rested for sometime. View of cabin while stretching in the aisles. Economy seating 2-4-2
After returning to seat, rested for reminder of flight. Cabin lights were darkened for resting.
Refreshment Service
Refreshment service commenced 2 hrs before arrival in Singapore. Crew distributed water and orange juice at regular intervals.
I received the special HMNL refreshement.
Meat patty with sauce. Refreshment was spicy and good.
Arrival in Singapore
Dinner service was completed before landing. Trays were cleared. Cabin was dark till Captain announced descent. Crew cleared cabin of rubbish, checked the window shades, seat upright, seatbelts fastened, legrest upright. Check arrival video above.
Disembarkatio
As I was transiting through Singapore and had enough time on hand. Waited for other to disembark before deboarding.
Disembarkation was organised.

Conclusion
Singapore Airlines provided excellent service, Flight departed and arrived on time. Special meal was well made. Crew conducted and served professionally. Overall a satisfactory flight.
