This trip is from 2011 trip to Mumbai from Singapore. After arriving from Sydney, Read report: SQ 222 Sydney to Singapore.
This Mumbai trip was after many years. Due to runway work at Mumbai, SQ changed the 7 a.m morning service to depart at 2 a.m. SQ's India flights departed from Terminal 2.
Arriving at Airport
After returning from city, I collected handbag and arrived at airport early.
With no GST benefits in Singapore shopping and nothing of interest to roam in humidity. Headed to the airport and checked my bag very early. No on was in the queue, check-in didn't take long. Had a chat about best perfume with the check-in agent.
Decided to checkout other terminals and planespotting.

Conclusion
Singapore Airlines provided good service, flight departed and arrived on time, food and entertainment was adequate. Crew were friendly. Singapore Changi was provided excellent facilities to pass time with food outlets and waiting area. Mumbai Airport terminal was to be demolished to make way for new terminal 2. As the terminal was managed by private company, services had improved. Overall a satisfactory flight.
