Arrival at Manila Ninoy Aquino International airport: a bigbazard
thank you for following this report.
Thanks for this report,
Nice services onboard.Anyway PR should improve standard a bit.
Wish to see MNL bonus on the next report!
It is astounding that the IFE is not built into the seat. This immediately recalls low cost carriers.
The seat is an interesting product, with one passenger lower and closer to the floor and the other higher, with feet meeting in the middle.
Thanks for taking the time to share this report on PR with the English community!
I’ve always been intrigued by the PR A333 that comes to NGO, but haven’t found a viable reason to go to MNL. The cabin doesn’t look too bad visually, but I’ve never been a fan of this “tiered” Sogerma seat. Is this a new cabin? I always thought PR used angle lie-flat seats.
For a regional flight, catering looks acceptable. The bag of mixed nuts is KE-esque. Presentation of the starter on the banana leaf is a nice touch although I'd expect more than two small shrimp. You declined the dessert?
The tablet IFE looks small, and I always dislike them since they don’t contain the moving map. Overall, a decent offering from PR. Room for improvement, but comparable to the mainland Chinese carriers is probably good enough for their niche market.
Great photos on arrival in MNL.
Great photos, PR's product doesn't seem nothing extraordinary on the hard product, but the food looks good.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing this exotic report on a unique Business class hard product. As far as I know only Royal Air Maroc and Philippines have this Sogerma seat. The seat looks pretty nice overall, but it is weird to have one passengers legs cross over the other in bed mode. Although it is a smart use of space to create a denser configuration while keeping a good amount of personal space. Very nice pics. Thanks for sharing!
