I found this amazing location by doing a lot of research but not along the plane spotting forums or anything just using google maps.
It takes 2 hours to get there from Tung Chung (the station and route that a lot of locals take to get to the airport by then taking the S1 bus a 10 minute ride to the airport)
The views of the airport were amazing although i had to lie down a little under my umbrella to get away from the direct sunlight and rest my legs.
Here is one of the videos from the Location:

I filmed more so please see them
Time for some good quality breakfast and a cup of tea at MX, and then it was time to get to tung chung.
I then took a short bus to one of the cable car towers and crossed the road to climb upto scenic hill to make some more videos for my youtube.
Next it was time to see if i could check in early, luckily the boarding pass machine let me do that.
Immigration was ok this time a friendly officer.
After going to mc d's for some breakfast it was time to go film the air canada with atc video.
I go and sit near the turkish flight even if it has to wait like 5 hours but then they pull it off the gate so now i can't just relax here for long as there'll be another flight. I go on the laptop for a while and then go find another quiet area.
The aircraft was 0.6 years old
The Staff on this flight were really friendly, especially the cute girl seen photo'd, she had a smile for everyone and it seemed genuine and she was extremely attentive to every person taking care and time for each person.
The Istanbul-London flight was in complete contrast though.
The Seat really hurts my butt after several hours, unlike scoot 787 where i get a comfy sleep But despite that i did get a good sleep in the end.
The food was nice and good amenities
Breakfast was an omelette
We landed and deplaned via the stairs

The queue for transfers was absolutely huge but it seemed to be the quicked x-ray line i have ever been through, took about 15 minutes but there was like 300 people queueing.
Surprised that TK only served you one meal on such a long flight.
Two, they do breakfast
