This is the Iberia´s most large flight from SCL in Chile to Madrid in Spain. The same service, nothing special. The seat is one of the best for me with a 1-2-1 layout in the Airbus 346 with the new Business Cabin.

The pacific ocean and the Cordillera de los Andres

A funny thing. If you fly in Business Class can purchase the Bose HeadSet cheaper than economy passangers? Mistake or just privilege?

The breakfast

The new (no so new) Arrival Lounge for passangers flying from Americas to Spain with destination Madrid. Is not a Iberia lounge but have a good service. Have rooms with showes and them you can take your breakfast. The bad thing, dont have any hot or warm food but the people is nice and the service is good, in general.
You will need lucky to found it because is in the basemant of Terminal 4 and dont have any sign to arrive there.

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing :)
Thanks for sharing, great pictures but I miss some comments about your personal experience.
Great report!
Although you did not say anything about the food or anything!
Next time please do that!
Sorry, i will do in the return flight, i have to make the report. The food was no tasty, but was a Chilean food. The wines are from Spain, too acid tasty for me. Im from Argentina and we have better wines over here.
The breakfast was really good but a little poor, what do you think?
Thanks for comment
Nice report, and photos from your trip. It's nice that you got a lie-flat seat, but the food appears to be a bit lacking? I've seen reports of Iberia before, and it always seems to look like they could do a bit to upgrade their Business Class offering.
Thanks for sharing!
Hey, i think this seat is confortable, have massage option and a lot of positions. Maybe is a little bit hard but still is one of the best, before the AY A350. Iberia don't have option in to pay or request a Upgrade Service like BA, for example. And maybe in a long haul flight they ask like 150k Avios to flight in this cabin. But, if you have a possibility in to flight it, you will like it.
For me they have bad wine options, just wines from Spain, and the food service sometimes is not too tasty. But in general Iberia change a lot in the last years.
Thanks for comment.
Thank you for sharing this FR!
I agree that IB's new J cabin is a signficant improvement for their long-haul operations and the windows seats are extremely private. I would even rate these seats above the Cirrus seats if you can get one of the ones along the windows.
Service standards are a bit mixed. On one hand, a really nice amenity kit (that is a lot of L'Occitane products, but the color of the bag is quite hideous IMO). On the other hand, a packaged oshibori? Seems a little inconsistent. The catering does look a bit disappointing. It didn't look like that much food and the visual appearance of the main looks very rustic. The breakfast looks consistent with that is normally offered on TATLs.
Is that third-party arrival lounge free for IB passengers?
Avoid this company to save you time and money.
Iberia, I took to go to Santiago also, lost my luggage during two days (two days of panic and uncertainty in a new city).
They told me to buy needy stuffs (it is winter time in Santiago) and I will be reimbursed. But now, almost two months later, I called them again, they said "your case is not treated yet since we have too many cases", that is all they are able to tell me.
