So after a busy in day in Cologne/Bonn, and spending the same evening searching for Air Force ONE.
It was time to fly again with Ryanair. This time of of London Gatwick to Belfast International.

I arrived at London Gatwick with my parents in time for our High-Noon flight.
Security was standard, I find LGW pretty efficient in getting through security most of the time.

I spent a good 2 hours at the WONDERTREE Restaurant in the South Terminal as it provided an awesome view of the airport and good value/quality food.

My flight that day was to be operated by EI-FOT, which turned out to have the BRAND NEW RYANAIR INTERIOR!!!
As a long-time aviation enthusiast and someone who has flown Ryanair a bit in the last 6 months, I was thrilled!!!

I waited a bit outside the aircraft and got some nice shots around the aircraft as well as an easyJet A320 flying over.
The new interior cabin was amazing to say the least. The seats gave me more leg room under the seating area and the mood lighting
gave a nice effect to the experience. I noticed the new shape and design on the hand-luggage overhead lockers which made the aircraft
look more… "cleaner" I guess…

The aircraft pushed back on time and taxied out to the runway. We departed on time and climbed out over London. We quickly broke into the clouds
and popped out above them. After we passed over London we ended up flying over Birmingham and south of Manchester before flying over Northern
Wales. After we had left London we had a nice clear view bellow the patches of clouds.

I had only a can of Pepsi MAX to drink on this flight. It wasn't long and as I had only eaten in the restaurant 2 hours prior, I didn't see the point in a snack.
Because Ryanair doesn't have IFE (Like most LCC Airlines) I relied on my phone for entertainment.

We flew over the Isle of Man and began our decent into the Northern Ireland capital's busiest airport.

After we landed and exited the runway, I noticed two notable airframes parked up awaiting their next flights…
Volgna Depnr Ilyshin IL-76 and easyJet's 20th Anniversary Airbus A320.

Disembarking the aircraft I went into the Terminal and departed within 10 minutes (No passport control for UK domestic services).

We then boarded a Bus heading to central Belfast. The 40 minute drive was £10 return and we had 30 days to make that return journey.
However we weren't worried as we were only there for 3 days.

Conclusion

RYANAIR- The new interior was amazing!!! Again the rest of the experience was normal as my other Ryanair flights.

London Gatwick- Been a while since I last used the South Terminal, the renovations are coming together and that restaurant gave an excellent view and great grub.

Belfast International- Not a lot of time to experience it. But I enjoyed seeing the Russian beauty and it was a really nice airport based on brief first impressions. The transport and value for the bus was phenomenal, why can't I have that for transport in London!!!
