Hello Everyone, It's my first review here in this website,hope you all had a nice summer and the report below is my 4th sept BA032 flight from Hong Kong to London Heathrow.
On this flight, I am taking the World Traveller Plus cabin also known as Premium economy.World Traveller plus allows you to take up to two 23kg luggage and 2 hand luggage to the aircraft
Once Onboard my seat on the upper deck there is a package waiting on my seat including a headphone,blanket, and an amenity kit
The Amenity kit has all I need for a long haul flight it includes a toothbrush,a pair of socks,a pen and ear buds.It would be great if the pen is a British Airways pen instead of a cheap plastic ball pen.
I am six foot three and this premium economy seat has given me plenty of leg room as leg room have been a common problem for me.That's why I love to take A380 flights
There is also a footrest in front of the seat
In the World Traveller Plus cabin, there is 2 USB cable for passenger to charge and also a socket plug provided. There is also a touch screen/remote control entertainment system
A shopping magazine and a safety card are also available to you,there are 8 languages available on the safety card
As this is a 12-hour long haul flight I get to have 2 meal.I have chosen Chicken thigh for my dinner (sorry about the quality of the photo)
On today's flight, we will fly through Mainland China,Kazakhstan and Norther Europe
After a good night sleep, i get to have the breakfast,there is a choice of omelette or the English Breakfast.I chose the English Breakfast

Conclusion
After showing you all the things that British airways have provided on this flight,I would like to share some of my comments on the services. I am a little bit disappointed with the services,services in my aisle are always slower than the aisle on the other side,apart from being slow, there isn't any drink provided during dinner.When I am sleeping the cabin crew always step on my feet while they are walking through the aisle and even they know it they don't bother to apologise.Also, I have asked for two products in the shopping magazine and they are both out of stock.Moreover, the entertainment system hasn't got much-updated movies but at least it is better than my flight 2 years ago saying that the latest movie in the system is the first episode of Fantastic four. However, the flight crew on this flight are really good although there is some delay due to China's air traffic problem but the pilot managed to arrive 10 minutes early with a very smooth landing.
