Departure from Abu Dhabi by bus , the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) of Dubai created two lines between Dubai/Abu Dhabi , i was even able to top-up my NolCard in Abu Dhabi while doing shopping
Two hours later we arrive in city center of dubai , on the way we passed close to AUH (next time for sure) and DWC
Let's get ready to rumble
Then take the metro for 30 minutes
Checkin super quick , almost no one
But the checkin area of terminal T1 is a real souk/mess , spicejet and the indian style, SU to SVO and KQ to NBO with pax loaded like camels
Once done , time to clear immigration.
It's like a human version of this famous nokia's game , the snake (ok it doesn't belong to Nokia but became pretty famous because it was installed on their phones)
I've never seen a queue so huge and so fast , it's amazing how i can't even find time to stop and pack/unpack my stuffs
Security
After 10 minutes of immigration/security , i have 10 more of walking
And i arrived …. in the mall , because dxb is more a shopping mall than an airport
Few services for passengers but 97694 shops and restaurants
Wanted to try a lounge , ahlan or marhaba , but i changed my mine , i will do it in 2017
Boarding at gate d19 , next to us are CZ to Hangzhou and AF to Paris
Boarding started and as expected from dnata it was a big mess
Business cabin then economy
Short taxing and take off , bye bye uae , see you in 2017
ife is the same as AF , only differences are graphic interface and content
I had fun watching Russian and Dutch movies , and now i want to learn dutch cause it seems funny !
This KL version is set to auto-sleep , i guess it's because of time , because on the AF flight it was not
