Welcome to this Lufthansa Business Class review from Lisbon to Munich.
As I arrived quite late at Lisbon airport I did not have enough time to visit the Business Lounge. Instead I directly proceeded to the gate where boarding soon started. Priority boarding worked very good with separated lines.
The Business Class cabin was very small today only existing of 3 rows. However all seats were occupied. The middle seat was blocked by a special table. This helpful table only exists on Lufthansa's A321 planes and only in the first three rows.
No preflight service was done and the crew was rather cold, in several cases even unfriendly. In overall they really did not care about providing a warm or personal service.
We left Lisbon in perfect flight conditions and started or 2h40mins flight.
Service started with a nice hot towel.
Afterwards a first drink service was done with some nice nuts to start.
Then the cabin crew distributed nice paper menus which announced a selection of three different main dishes. I was really impressed that Lufthansa offers three different options on such a medium haul flight.
Cabin crew soon distributed the main meal and I opted for the fish dish. The meal was very nice presented and tasted great. It came with a real cloth napkin (compared to the paper napkin in Business Class I received on a recent short haul Lufthansa flight FRA-MUC).
Afterwards coffee an tea were offered. And here came the huge disappointment! The tea was served in paper cups instead of the nice Lufthansa porcelain mugs. I guess this was just because of our low mood cabin crew not caring for details today.
However I again was impressed that the crew offered more nice biscuits with the hot drinks.
As the flight continued we could enjoy some great views of the Alps.
On descend to Munich we had great views of Munich city centre before touching down at Franz Josef Strauss airport.

Conclusion
Lufthansa offered a great inflight service on this medium haul flight: the meal service was very intense with menu, aperitif service, large lunch with three hot main dish choices and even cookies during tea service.
The only big laydown was the cold and unfriendly cabin crew not caring about any details.
