Review of Lufthansa flight Munich → Lisbon in Economy

Hello,

Welcome to this Lufthansa flight to Portugal.

Our flight this evening would depart from satellite building K gates area.
Because of this I made use of my Frequent Traveller status to use the Lufthansa Business Lounge in K gates area.
It provides a modern feeling and had a very good choice of food including some warm dishes.
However I decided to just have some soup and ice cream which both tasted good.
Luckily the lounge was quite empty this evening so it felt very comfortable.



Within 5 minutes walking I arrived my boarding gate and enjoyed some Lufthansa scenery in the evening sun.



Boarding had already started and while boarding I could enjoy a mixture of aircraft tails from the boarding bridge.



Economy Class was almost full however the seat pitch was very good on this Airbus 321.

We departed on time for a flight of 2 hours 40 minutes across Europe.



Circa 30 minutes into the flight the very friendly cabin crew served a nice warm dinner.
The chicken tasted excellent and I had some wine and coke with it.



Later a second run of drinks followed where I asked for a cup of tea.
It looks like Lufthansa has recently changed the design of their paper cups for coffee/tea.



During the whole flight we had severe turbulence from time to time however the sunset provided some great views out of my window.

Just after sunset we touched down at Lisbon Airport on time.
