Hello everyone,
I just arrived at Narita International Airport from Zurich Airport with Swiss Air 160. Here is my review of the recent flight.
As my previous review mentions, I had a layover at Zurich Airport for a night due to a flight delay. Swiss Air provided me a night at Radisson Blu, Zurich Aiport which had a nice selection for breakfast. Plus, its custom omelet was amazing.

Even though my flight is scheduled at 13:00, I was bored from staying in my hotel room. I decided to walk toward the airport around 9 am. There were only a few people in line for security check. The process was quick and efficient; however, the airport was suffering a major delay (in the average of 40min) due to the winter snow storm.

I went to Swiss Business Lounge located in Terminal E. Inside was spacious and nicely designed for resting, working, and eating. During the morning, the lounge was not crowded; however, during the lunch hour, there were only a few empty seats left.

Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by an hour to accommodate short-distance/low-cost airlines. Long-distance flights, e.g. flight to US/Asia, were delayed by 30 min ~ 1 hr. By the time when my flight is scheduled to depart, the snowstorm stopped.

The seat of 12A, I would say a throne, was nice as I have the biggest personal space in the business class. The seasonal amenity kit was provided with greeting drink.

The ground crew had to de-ice aircraft body to prevent the possible hazard from the winter snowstorm.

A three-course meal was served; however, I don't remember what happened well besides from the pictures because I was tired from long layover and jetlag. (FYI, I missed the dessert.) Breakfast was served before two hours from landing.

The flight arrived at NRT with a delay of 58 minutes. As I do not have a ticket for my connecting flight, I wished that I can get assistant from connecting flight booth. However, there was no one in duty without a further instruction for assistance. It was the first time when Narita Airport turned me down. Instead, I came to Korean Air Lounge to get my ticket.

Thanks for this FR.
You could have gotten even more delayed with that snowstorm!
The flight itself is pretty good, but still you were not in a proper condition to enjoy it.
