The airside area of Belgrade airport offers some shops and bars which are fine enough to pass waiting time. There were also some nice seating areas with apron views.
It is the best to avoid going through security check into your specific gate because once in the gate you are trapped there without anything to do - even without toilets.
Soon our Lufthansa CRJ 900 arrived and parked in front of us.
Boarding started on time and on the apron I could enjoy some views of our nice small jet for this flight to Munich.
The flight ended up very full in Economy Class. But still seat & pitch were comfortable enough for this short flight. The cabins on those CRJs however always look dark, cramped and narrow like in this picture.
Next to us an Air Serbia Airbus was prepared for the next flight.
Soon we were airborne and started our smooth flight to Munich which would take 1 hour 15 minutes.
The cabin crew way typical Lufthansa - friendly but rather cold and not doing much more than the job.
There was a selection of salami or cheese sandwich and I had the salami one which was ok. You could choose from a selction of drinks and I had some water and tea.
The flight passed by quickly and soon we landed at Munich.
