This is a connecting flight from my flight CX602 from Male, Maldives. Having about 8 hours in Hong Kong, I used the time shopping for a new phone. With the Apple store located in the city center with very easy access to and from the airport, I was able to make my purchase fast and easy.

Having to kill a couple of hours in the city center, managed to take some snaps of the surroundings. It was a bit chilly on that day.

Took the Airport Express Train back to HKG and was welcomed by the grand entrance into the airport. :)

With my boarding pass issued at MLE, I proceeded directly to Immigration and final security check. Took less than 10 minutes overall. Here are some photos of the inside of the airport terminal.



And some more photos while waiting for my flight to CEB. A350 was going to MNL while B747 was going back to ICN.



Finally onboard and was able to take some photos of the lav. It was clean and tidy.

It was indeed a beautiful day to fly.

Finally in my Airbnb which cost me only US$10 a night with WiFi, cable, swimming pool and in a good location.

Another great flight with CX. Overall, service was great and that the crews were all warm and very attentive. :)
