Review of KLM flight Munich → Amsterdam in Business

Hi,

I dropped my luggage at the dedicated SkyPriority desk at Terminal 1D where I had not to wait a single minute. A very friendly agent checked my luggage in and wished me a pleasant journey. Rather rarely those days to find friendly agents at Check In who actually chat with you.

There also is a priority security land and I was airside within ca. 10 minutes this morning.

Then I went straight into the Air France lounge which was very empty this Saturday morning. The lounge is quite small but offers quite a relaxing atmosphere if empty.



I especially liked this picture with a mixture of Munich skyline & Air France logo:



Some basic breakfast choices & snacks were also available from a small buffet but I only opted for some water & a small piece of cake.



Boarding started right on time with SkyPriority passengers first. Boarding was very orderly & well organized. Within a few moments I was on board our Embraer 190 and greeted by a friendly young crew.



Business class consisted of 3 rows today and was occupied quite well with 7 out of 12 seats taken. Luckily the seat next to me stayed empty which meant a comfortable flight for me :)



The seat pitch was very good and also the seats were quite comfortable and fine for the short hop.



A sign confirmed I was on a KLM cityhopper jet ;)



The cabin crew distributed water bottles as welcome drinks - a nice touch.



Soon we pushed back and taxied towards the northerly runway to depart in a westerly direction soon.
Flight time would be 1hour10 minutes this morning.



We soon reached our cruising altitude and crossed Germany in clear sunny skies.



The very friendly cabin crew soon sprang into action & closed the curtains to Economy Class before starting to serve breakfast boxes and drinks by tray service without the use of a trolley at a single time.
This breakfast box was served like this to me with warm breads:



Unwrapped by me it looks like this - unfortunately the cutlery is plastic but still in a very nice design.



I decided to have some tea & tomato juice with it.

Service was very attentive and cabin crew returned often to ask for drink refills etc.



Soon we started a nice approach towards sunny Schiphol airport and reached the gate in B dock perfectly on time.
