Hi,
There was a dedicated Sky Priority check in counter for this Air Europa flight in Munich Terminal 1. The lady at the counter was very helpful & friendly but in the end I spended more than 20 minutes waiting at the counter due to a family with loads of luggage occupying the desk for ages.
Security was quite quick and I spent some more 20 minutes of relaxing in the rather small & dull Air France Lounge that Air Europa uses here in Munich.
Sky Priority boarding worked perfectly fine and I was among the first to enter the splendid Air Europa 737-800 that would bring us to Madrid today.
Some newspapers were available at the aircraft door.
The cabin had the new Sky Interior and was in perfect shape and very modern. Business Class consisted of only 2 rows and was separated by a thick curtain from the rest of the cabin.
Pillows & blankets have already been pre placed on the Business Class seats.
Once boarding was completed the cabin crew offered newspapers & magazines to Business Class passengers followed by a choice of water or orange juice as pre departure drink.
A safety video was shown on the overhead monitors before we departed for the flight to Madrid that would take 2 hrs 10 mins today.
Once cruising altitude was reached, the curtain to Economy Class was closed and no passenger from the back was allowed to use the front Business Class lavatory (listen that Lufthansa & learn!!)
Soon nice pre packaged refreshing towels were distributed followed by drink orders.
I opted for some tomato juice & water to start.
Some minutes later the food tray/box was served directly by hand from the galley (in general never a trolley was used in Business Class).
The tray is very nice tapas style with fresh and nice tasting cold dishes. The bread in the bag was warm & one of the most delicious I had on a plane so far.

More drink offers were conducted.
Later on in the flight I finished the lunch with a nice cup of tea (unfortunately served in a paper cup).
A very nice feature was the Air Europa entertainment app that streamed tv shows and airshow maps on your personal device:

We started our approach into Madrid and landed at the Air Europa hub ahead of schedule.
