Hi,
I spent my transfer time in the very nice Lounge 'Puerta del Sol': The lounge is very bright and offers some excellent apron views. Also it provides quite a nice selection of warm & cold snacks.

Boarding started on time and Sky Priority worked perfectly fine - very quick I stepped on board our beautiful Dreamliner for the flight to Gran Canaria.

The cabin looked excellent and it is great to travel on longhaul Business Class seats even if this is a domestic flight within Spain of ca. 2 hours only.

Cabin crew offered newspapers and pre departure drinks of water or juice once boarding came to an end.

A safety video was played while we taxied to our runway and took off into sunny Spanish skies.

Soon after take off pre packed refreshment towels were distributed by the rather friendly crew.

This flight featured full audio & video on demand.
So all in all great entertainment for such a medium haul trip (however you had to use your own headests as none were distributed).

Inflight service started quite late, about one hour into the flight by trolley being rolled out to the fully occupied Business Class cabin.
A warm lunch without main dish choice was offered plus drinks from the trolley.
The meal tasted nice but not extraordinary and was accompanied by a selection of warm bread from a basket.

About 15 minutes later coffee was offered.

The flight passed by very quiet and soon enough we started our descend towards Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Airport were we landed perfectly on time.

Thanks for this FR.
Much better seat than on the A332.
With LA service between MAD and FRA, it's as you say one of the best Euro business class available.
