This report would be the first of its kind to be published on this website.
We had stayed at the Ramada the night before, making the commute from Brooklyn easier as it was a very early flight. The hotel shuttle bus alighted us at the AirTrain station, and it was only a matter of taking the AIrTrain to Terminal B.
Check-in was as easy as it gets, with 4 counters opened for the 97 Premium Economy passengers. The Station Manager was particularly memorable as he tried to learn all our names and our final destinations, and he used that at the boarding gate just before we boarded the aircraft.

The aircraft poised to take us home, half a world away.

Ooooo… the return of the long one! So long they even advertise is on the gate info display!
An impressive display of service and memory-power by the station manager. I’m surprised he’d learn the details of PE passengers, in the back of the bus as you are.
Lovely photos, especially the nose of the ULR.
Moet is a lovely champagne choice, and especially good for PE. I wonder if that’s their “standard” PE champagne, or if it’s an upgraded offering special to this special flight?
I love the IFE integration with your phone through the app. That’s a clever touch.
Catering, as one would expect of SQ, looks very good fo Premium Economy.
Only the two meals on this long a flight?
Thanks for sharing this look into the world’s longest flight. Happy flying!
