Lounge 52
I won't spend much time describing lounge as so did many of you before. New Lounge 52 is a huge area with many seating options and is as big as it is required during the peak-hours. That is problem for me. I arrived to the lounge two hours before boarding time to have a lot of time to have breakfast and a shower. I went immediatelly upon arrival to the shower reservation dest just to be told that there are no showers available until the time when my flight departs.
Also the breakfast was a mess but the choice is great, there is also a coffe bar. So all in all, I liked this lounge but to me it is so crowded. It is a pitty they did not do a separate area for Business Class passengers and Elite members, I think this would help a lot.
Flight to Rio Galeo
Today it was served by 3,5 years old Dreamliner. Boarding started right on time but the SkyPriority went along with the regular line.
The crew member serving my side was lovely, we had a great chat during the flight, I really liked her. I have to say that the crew on every KLM flight was very good, welcoming and talkative.

Snacks during the flight - smoked salmone wrap and almond-apple cake
Classic pre-arrival meal of KLM - the burger. I always wondered why KLM chose this bad looking meal for their second service but after tasting I have to admit it is delicious!
And the final approach, Rio ahead of us!
Thanks for your report. I'm little bit suprised of some notation. You gave a 7.5 for the cabin wihc is in my opinion one of the best BC in a new aircraft. Also GIG received very bad rating - did you experience some issues? I am used to that route and to GRU and prefer miles away GIG over GRU. Both of them not beeing of course in pair with some asian gateways... Once again thanks for sharing.
