Recently I took a flight with Avianca Airline, they turned 100 years in December 2019 and Avianca is the 2nd oldest airline in the world now after KLM. Bogota's El Dorado International airport has been awarded 4* airport by skytrax. My flight was delayed by an hour due to incoming traffic of the aircraft at Bogota's Eldorado INTL. The response of IFE touchscreen's was very poor and there were no options for other international regional languages apart from English and Spanish. Avianca being a Star Alliance member, lack of other regional language entertainment was disappointing. I had opted for a vegetarian meal and the taste too wasn't good. The lavatories were clean but again there were no amenities in it. Even though there was some delay, we arrived at LAX on time.
