Security at Schiphol
Everything went very fast, because Schiphol has a lot of new and efficient equipment. The priority lane was closed, because there were not a lot of people. I passed security as an EU member in approximately 5 minutes.
KLM Crown Lounge 25 Shengen
The lounge was very easy to find in the terminal and the staff was very friendly as always.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic the foodservice was limited, but non the less you had a good choice of food and hot drinks. I don't recommend buying a lounge pass if you are flying economy during this pandemic, because everything is limited. I liked it, because lounge access was free, because I Wass flying Business class.
There were a large range of seat choices and the chairs are very comfortable. There is not a lot of noice with makes the experience really enjoyable!
Boarding process
Boarding started right on time and I could board as one of the first passengers, because Sky Priority is included in the Business Class ticket. We were bought to the plane by bus and we were mixed together with the other passengers. I didn't mind, but I was one of the last persons from that bus to board the plane.
The crew was just amazing! You feel really welcome when you see those friendly faces when you board the plane.
The Flight
Short after the plane took off they started serving the food and the drinks. It was very basic, but that is all because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We'd get an amazing KLM Europe Business Class bag with some water and a delicious muffin. It all tased amazing!
I had ordered a cup of coffee and it came in a Delfts Blue coffee mock with a cookie and it tased great.
KLM has the best crew I have experienced so far. They are very professional and also very funny and they really care about your comfort. You cloud order so much as you want.
I had a conversation with the crew about my activities that day and the gave my a really nice goody bag with a lot of cool stuff. I am really thankful for that amazing crew! Best crew I have ever had!
Hi thanks for posting your first report here with us. It’s a shame that KLM don’t normally block the adjacent seat in J in the E-jets but an otherwise decent service and always friendly.

Absolutely would be preferable, but I believe none of the European carriers do block the adjacent seat in J on their E-jet. :)

Thanks for the report Imre, but what did the last goodie bag contain except that bottle of champagne?
Lufthansa actually does block the adjacent seat in their EMB-190.
The goody bag contains some dutch sweets, like stroop cookie and some nuts. There was also a pasport map and an activity book.
