INTRODUCTION

Welcome to this new series of flights that will be quite long … but I won't say more for the moment :)

EuroAirport basel Mulhouse Fribourg

It's a grey winter day today, the perfect day to fly far, far away!

The upper ramp is now closed to any traffic, since there is a new drop off parking at the ground level:

Air France check in zone:

It is still Christmas time despite being January 05th :)

The FIDS:

We were a bit too early, the check in only opened two hours before the flight. We waited a bit and once the check in opened, our bags were quickly tagged to our final destination, somewhere north.

Security was easy and quick and we were airside no more than 5 minutes after check in. Once airside, there is this lovely classic, a 734 from Elinair:

Time to go to the lounge!

The cold buffet:

My lunch:

photo dsc_0841

It was ok, not a fancy meal but it was appropriate for a lounge and it did its job. The only thing that bothers me is that they have no real dessert apart from some fruit stew and fresh fruits.

There is a very nice terrace where you can easily spot. Ellinair again:
