Hi,
This flight started on a foggy Saturday morning at Munich Airport Terminal 2.
Due to holiday period the airport was very busy and I also found a rather long queue at the First Class / Star Alliance Gold check in area of Lufthansa.

Progress was very slowly due to all the document verifications required those days. After ca. 30 minutes of waiting I finally had my luggage dropped off and proceeded through security.

I visited the Senator Lounge at G24 which luckily was still very empty.

In one of the last weeks the lounge must have returned to buffet offering again as no more staff hands over drinks or food as was the case during the summer months.

I had a quick breakfast before I headed to my boarding gate.

A LOT Embraer was already waiting at the gate and boarding had just started.

Soon I was on the plane and took my window seat in the only Premium Economy row located just behind Business Class but before the curtain to Economy Class.

Seat pitch was rather tight and the cabin already felt somehow worn.

I was pleasantly surprised to LOT having printed inflight magazines again while many competitors have removed them because of Covid.

Soon a flight time of 1 hour 20 minutes was announced and we left the gate while a manual pre-recorded safety demonstration was shown.

We departed from a foggy runway and soon were above the fog and in more sunnier conditions heading towards the East.

Once cruising altitude was reached the curtains to Economy Class were closed and inflight service started.

The rather cold older female purser rolled down the trolley first handing over disinfection towels from a basket.

Directly afterwards a cold breakfast tray was provided with cold croissants and breads wrapped in plastic from a basket.

Actually by mistake I received the Business Class meal tray as dishes were made of porcelain while typically Premium Economy on shorthaul LOT does receive plastic dishes as was the case for the other two Premium Economy guests on the other side of the aisle.
However the food itself is actually the same in both classes.
Drinks trolley followed some minutes later.

I had some tomato juice, water and tea with the meal which were all served in proper glassware.
Together with the drinks every passenger also received an additional snack item of peanuts - a nice feature. So actually quantity of food was more than good for this short flight to Poland.
The breakfast in total was ok but really nothing to speal about. Especially the cold packaged bread items were not really tasty. Hopefully LOT changes to warm bread soon again.

The flight continued quickly without any more crew interaction.
Soon descend into a very sunny Warsaw started with some nice views of Warsaw skyline on the horizon.

We touched down on time and parked on a remote position.

No separate Premium bus to the terminal was available as used to be the case pre-covid. So all passengers were put onto one general main bus.

On the way to the terminal I had some nice views on waiting aircraft including this splendid looking Dreamliner.

Thank you Alex for your report.
I didn't know about LOT 3 class service even on their European flights, congrats to them as it make the feeding flight much more pleasant for W pax.
Hi Alex,
A nice report of my national carrier. It's a shame the seats were worn out. I usually very like the "beige" interior of LOT's older Embraers and I always think the seats are quite comfy. The meal looks sufficient, though the packaged bread is a shame :(
Best,
Mateusz
