Hi,
Being on transfer I visited the KLM Crown Lounge (25) with a paid voucher. The lounge was extremely crowded this evening and it was hard to find a seat.

The buffets were also crowded and a little bit messy and you had to queue in most occasions.

In the end I had some small dinner and a couple of drinks. However all in all I was disappointed the food quality (especially the warm dishes tasted very bland and were extremely on the simple side). Also the lounge did not create a very classy and quiet feeling for relaxed waiting.

I headed to the gate spotting my KLM Boeing 737-800 waiting for boarding.

The flight ended up completely full and boarding process took long - finally I reached my window seat.

Disinfection towels had been provided at the entrance as well which I used later for the snack service.

We departed into dark skies for a flight of 1 hour to the Danish capital.
Trolley made its way down the aisle and a small cold cheese bun snack and drinks were offered free of charge which is very rare those days in Europe. The snack tasted not extremely good however still the free service was welcome.

Landing at CPH was on time and we docked at an A pier airbridge.
Thanks for reading,
FlyAlex
Aha I see now where you’ve been heading next, almost disappointed ?. KLM Eco in Europe is very robust in my opinion. The lounge is disappointing though. Not a nice space and no good food. Food is equal in the international one but at least the space is a beauty. Thanks again for sharing.
Thanks - Unfortunately no longhaul connection ? I agree that KLM provides a good economy and business service on their European flights. The lounge however really only provides basic food which should be improved. Have a nice weekend
