Hi,
Being on transfer I headed to the Singapore Krisflyer Lounge to which I had access due to my Star Alliance Gold Status.

The Lounge was extremely crowded and loud this evening. However I was lucky to find a seat and had some dinner and drinks there.

Security control into our B gates section was quick and boarding started soon on time. Boarding was quite orderly by groups.
On Board I was greeted by a friendly crew and walked my way down to the small Premium Economy cabin consisting of three rows.

I took my window seat which was ok but definitely felt more cramped and much older more worn than the Premium Economy cabin on SQs A380s.

Pitch was ok but nothing spectacular. The legrest does not go up much and consequently I could not sleep well on this rather cramped seat.

Blanket and pillow were available.
A bottle of water was already placed at the seat.
Same for some Covid sanity set and noise cancelling headphones.
We had to wait for some delayed baggage unloading before taxing out for this late night departure into dark skies above Singapore. The flight was announced to take ca. 11 Hours 40 minutes.

No paper menus were provided, so I used the digital menu via inflight WiFi.

Supper service started quite late into the flight after some turbulence with pre ordered meals first. I had pre ordered a book the cook main course in advance which was very tasty: nasi lemak with fried chicken.

Ca. 15 minutes later the drinks trolley arrived and I had some wine.
Once trays were cleared away I had some tea and a Baileys.

The night was rather uncomfortable with turbulence, loud children and the rather cramped seat. Unfortunately I did not find any proper sleep this night.
I was happy when sunrise marked the approach of Europe and the end of the flight coming closer.

Breakfast started ca. 2 Hours before landing with preordered meals again served first. I had preordered book the cook main course of Maple pancakes with eggs. This dish unfortunately was rather on the very dry side. The warm croissant and fruits however were nice. I only missed some jam with the croissant.

We crossed East Europe and soon started descent into a foggy and grey Munich where we landed on time.
