We took the Virgin Atlantic flight for our journey from the US back to Europe. It was our second time with the airline and we got even the same A350-1000 - Queen of Hearts!
We absolutelly love their product, the only thing they could be better is the catering. What about to say - we use to fly Air France, they are unbeatable in this.
Virgin Atlantic Club House JFK
Virgin is lucky enough to have their own lounge at JFK. The views are absolutelly stunning, you can always see more than one Virgin plane.
The food is ordered by the app and they will serve you directly at your table. This is a stylish way but took a little to long to our taste.
The problem was also with the showers. They are just a few and you have to wait for them also because they are combined with the toiletes for everyone.

…prawn started to continue followed by tikka massala…
…and finished with lovely warm peach dessert.
Cabin of their A350-1000 is superb stylish with Loft space and very modern seats without the usual remote controller - you can use your own device to connect to the IFE.
Also the lighting is very nice and at this overnight flight you are offered the pyjamas and a mattress pad for your seat! High style in here, you can learn Air France!
Virgin Atlantic LHR revivals lounge
The thing we loved was the Revivals Lounge. You have to exit to Britain even if you are just transfering but is worth every minute.
You can have a shower in here and a full breakfast ordered once again by their app.
