After nearly 2 weeks of being in Tokyo, making lots of new friends and learning the local language and culture, it was time to go back to Jakarta. Luckily, the EF team had already booked a return flight on Cathay Pacific (again) not that I was upset or anything.
The plan was the trip in reverse, stopover in HKIA and then fly to Jakarta
Haneda Airport Terminal-3 check in
We drove from our hotel at 4am in the morning, getting to Haneda at about 5am.

The check in desks, at the time the CX ones were still closed, so I slept for what felt like an hour until it opened at 7am

While walking to immigration, I noticed something that caught my eye. It was a Garuda Indonesia baggage weight, but with the pre-2009 logo. I wonder how many other airports still have signs and airport equipment with old logos

After most of the group settled down and sat down at the gate, I decided to wander off and do some spotting

After about an hour of spotting, I went back to the gate to start boarding
