Introduction
Hello amigos, this is Leg2 of a BOG-CTG-AMS flight I took part of a bigger trip with AF,KL and LA to Colombia back in 2022.

So, I pick from where I left you and that is the ramp @ CTG
Stopover at Cartagena Rafael Reyes Intl.
During the stopover, passengers bound to CTG descended. Those of us who were bound to AMS were asked to stay at their seats, and to identify our luggage to the security crew.
Then there was a swift pass by the cleaning crew (my guess is that the more thorough clean takes place at BOG, as I understand CTG bound passengers also descend at BOG).
While our fellow passengers arrived, I spent time having some last calls and chats with my peeps in Colombia. I kept the water bottle from the BOG-CTG hop to keep me hydrated in the meanwhile
Our Dreamliner was refuled
And then the CTG-AMS pax arrived. Surprisingly the plane filled up, and I ended up sharing my row with two fellow passengers that were part of an European family.
Enroute to Amsterdam!
Boarding completed and we were off…we taxied to RWY01 and took off over the Caribbean to then have a NE heading. (NB the gallery function messes up the picture order, but you get the idea)
Cabin lighting suited the exterior lighting, setting the mood for a relaxing flight across the Atlantic
Another round of water and covid-packs
I don't know why I couldn't use the menu function on this flight. Anyways, I went for the chicken and some apple juice to flush it down
The main course was alright, as was the quinoa salad. But my favourite meal was the guava dessert. By the time our meals were cleared, dark was setting upon us
I watched some films before falling asleep. I woke up for the pre-arrival meal. This time, an egg sandwich, along with some fruit and yogurt
Everything was super tasty. This may be the best pre-arrival meal on my recent flights between America and Europe in Y. Maybe even better than what you get in IB's Economy Premium.
By then we were flying over Great Britain
Then it was the short cross over the North SEa
In no time we were ready to land in Schiphol
Unless I'm wrong, we landed (as usual) on the Polderbaan…. AMS' skyline welcomed us from the distance
This little SU airbus seems to have gotten caught in the mess after the invasion of Ukraine
Unboarding took a while. The Royal Marechausee were carrying out passport checks right off the plane
One last look to our bird
And now…time to connect to Madrid!
