Hi Everyone,
For the sake of the english-site, I'll translate some of my french reports of last year.
This particular trip had as goal the Flight-Report Meeting in Manchester.
I decided to take the Flybe operated flight for AF to test their product, as I never flew with them before. Before boarding I made my way to the AF lounge at 2E-K, no pictures as it is well reported here.
Boarding will be via paxbus, and a good surprise was to receive a voucher for a drink aboard. I could not find the information where it was stated who receives it. I was travelling with the lowest fare possible, but have an Elite Plus card.

Long, long, long bus ride… 15 minutes, that may explain why boarding was launched 40 minutes before STD.

I did board towards the end of the boarding, so only a quick cabin shoot, I can do better, I know. Very friendly american style welcome with a Hey Sweetie Darling, can I see your boarding pass … I'm not flying Delta … Don't I?

Prices are ok and there is a good choice. The service was nice and friendly.
The seat is a non reclinable seat, but I was surprised to fell asleep short after my coffee in a quite comfy position. I'll only wake up as we approach MAN. It is quite seldom that I sleep in plane, but I really felt well in that seat.
Cabin shoots with Avis ads on the wall. The guy of whom you see part of the head was an a****le, I mean, a real a****le… In the bus, he was standing first behind the front doors to get out first. I was just behind him. When we arrived at the plane, the driver only opened the middle doors and the guy started to scream and shout at the driver that he was platinum, that he was supposed to board first, and that the door should be opened! The driver replied that he is, indeed, allowed to board first, but in the bus^^
Then he pushed people aside to make its way out of the bus and then literally run to the plane to pass people!! The ground staff will eventually ask him to stop his show and to wait in line. When I boarded, I saw the guy was in 3B, while me being seated 4A. He was standing in the aisle, taking all his time to put his belonging around. I told him that he should not hurry to board if it is to block every one afterwards. He told me to take care about myself and not him. I did not reply and happily obliged. ^^
