Hyderabad's newly expanded integrated terminal is a masterpiece just like many other Airport terminals that have come up in India in recent years like Mumbai (BOM), Bengaluru (BLR), Goa (GOX), Lucknow (LKO) and many others. This airport has all the modern facilities and most importantly its well connected with major Asian,African and European cities with airlines like Air India,British Airways,Lufthansa, Ethiopian,KLM among other airlines operating to and from here.

Today me and my mom are flying back home (LKO) after our pilgrimage to the region of SriSailam which is nearby hyderabad and we are flying with 6E's A321Neo aircraft Reg.[VT-ILO] seated on 31F and 31E respectively.
As we wait for our boarding I decided to do my favourite thing whilst I waited for our flight's boarding and Im never surprised by the view of IndiGo tails at any Indian airport which is a sheer reflection of its penetration in the Indian market including my homebase (LKO) which is one of the hubs for 6E.

Our boarding was delayed by about 15 Minutes due to late arrival of the aircraft from Kochi (COK) but the boarding was efficient with senior citizens and those with kids + 6E Flexi flare pax getting priority in boarding followed by the zone wise boarding.
I always enjoy whenever I have an informative cockpit crew on my flight that involves with the pax in sharing flight info from time to time during the flight and I was lucky that on this one our Captain, Rajat Goyal, was a very informative one.
The cabin was clean, seats were comfortable and as someone who has experienced flying on major Low Cost Cariers (LCC) I can say it with much authority that the legspace and seats onboard IndiGo are by far the most spacious and best among any other LCCs.
The seat pocket included the basic contents like a safety instructions card and a magazine which had promotions + 6E route map and their advertisement for their newly launched "STRETCH" service on select routes which is basically a sort of bussiness class fitted A321Neo aircrafts or upcoming widebodies which comes with a complimentary meal service + priority boarding + extra legroom + Extra luggage allowance

After taking off we turned towards the north direction ascending to our cruising altitude of 37,000 FT enroute LKO as we flew over the illuminated city of Hyderabad as we ascended and the seat belt signs turned off, the crew prompted the inflight services serving to those who had pre booked meals following the on board sales.
I had pre booked my refreshment items which contains a Salted Cashew nut tin collectible box and a Sugar Free Cookie tin collectible box which comes with a complimentary beverage options of a Fruit Juice or Aerated Drinks but I don't like how IndiGo stopped serving canned aerated drinks and tetra or juice bottles instead now they serve beverages in their own paper cups that they use to serve complimentary water.

Also now 6E also has a loyalty program called "Blue Chip" which is good if you are a frequent 6E flyer.Talking about the taste of the cashew nuts and cookies, it was very well packed and everything was fresh and cookies were crunchy so overall I enjoyed the meal service and the entire cabin crew behaviour during the flight.

Enroute LKO we flew over the cities of Nagpur (NAG), Bhopal (BHO) and Khajuraho (HJR) all which are operating stations for 6E as we cruised at FL 370.About one and a half hours into the flight the Cabin Crew began preparing the cabin for landing and overall it was a good flight with 6E.And soon we were over my beautiful home base Lucknow approaching RWY 27 to land.
Hope you guys enjoyed this flight report withvme and having flown 6E myriad of times this was again a very good flight with IndiGo and would love to fly them again.
Thank you for flying with me.
