Review of Korean Air flight from Seoul to Taipei in Economy

INCHEON AIRPORT

This report is a continuation of my last flight.
I woke up in my hotel early morning and I went to the observation deck

Coincidently, I saw my plane from yesterday, HL8275.

After that plane left, an Air France 777 parked in the same spot.

My gate is not on the screen as it departs in the afternoon. Luckily, I have a transit tour planned.

The transit tour took me to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insa-Dong.

Heading back to the airport, security went relatively quickly.

CABIN

There was a pillow on the seat

The seats are the same as on the 777s.

legroom was great as well

A bifold tray table was provided

There was a remote provided for the ife

The UI is obviously the same

Sadly, our flight was delayed but the cabin crew did come around with snacks and drinks. I really appreciate the effort the cabin crew made to ensure a tolerable delay.

At least I got a cool view of a 747

Finally, it's time for takeoff

MEAL

After we reached cruising altitude, the meal was served.

Main: Beef with rice
Side: Sweet potato salad
Side: Bread and butter
Dessert: Pineapple

Main: Beef with rice 7/10
The meal was fairly tasty, but i was not a fan of the heavy ginger flavor

Side: Sweet potato salad 4/10
Despite the unappetizing look, this was surprising edible, but nothing else

Side: Bread and butter 9/10
The bread was very soft and flavorful, and the butter paired nicely with it

Dessert: Pineapple 5/10
This was probably the weirdest food I had this summer. It's just one piece of pineapple in an over pressurized container. This can't be good for the environment

Wooden cutlery and gochujang sauce were provided

While it was not the tastiest meal, I still ate the whole thing

The bathroom was standard but clean

We soon landed at taipei

Immigration did not take too long. The baggage conveyor, on the other hand, took much longer.
