Though the scheduled departure time was 18:10 but we departed at close to 19:00 due to late arrival of the aircraft. Talking about our aircraft then this particular flight was operated with A320NEO Registration (9M-AGI) and the total duration of this flight is scheduled to be 4 hours and 50 Minutes so close to 5 hours.

Our departure gate for this flight is Q11 and the special thing about this flight is that one of my Malaysian Subscriber named ,Ewan, recognized me and permitted me entry into the gate area to record the arrival of the aircraft and also let me board first so I could record the cabin etc.
Im extremely grateful to all my subscribers and well wishers who appreciate what I do and it was a really nice gesture by him.Our aircraft arrived about 15 minutes behind schedule and after quick deboarding and clean up we were all set to board this beautiful bird.

Like always I had pre assigned myself my seat which was 23F and the reason why I always prefer row F is because I love the view of my homebase while making a final approach into LKO from the west because it gives a great view of my beautiful city.
Talking about the seat pocket contents then it was all basic like the safety instructions card and a menu booklet along with on board sales / promotions booklet. The legroom was ample for someone my size and I've never had any issues with AirAsia or any othet LCCs in this department so cabin and seat wise everything was good.

The flight was full and Im glad that LKO - KUL - LKO is getting great loads and during "MAHAKUMBH" the loads were so high that the fares reached an all time high for this sector.
I met many passengers who weren't from my homebase but were form other cities across my state and they were flying from Australia,Brunei,Philippines etc and connecting at KUL so this flight has brought a lot of relief for passengers from my homebase/state/region who wish to travel to South East Asia/Australia/NZ region.

We took off close to 19:00 and it was indeed the best time to have taken off for it gave the best dusky shaded skies view over Malaysia and I absolutely loved it and I assure you if you watch this Flight Report you will see for yourself how beautiful it is.
Shortly after taking off we headed towards HKT (Phuket) then turning towards my homebase over Bay Of Bengal and the Cabin Crew began the inflight services, obviously, serving those with Pre-booked meals first followed by opening up on board sales.
I had a pre booked meal which was a "Schroom Wrap" a mushroom and mixed vegeie wrap drenched in vegan mayo along with a bottle of water. It tasted fresh and delicious and Im thankful to AirAsia for having vegetarian / vegan options for vegetarian/vegan passengers.

Soon after the meal service was concluded the cabin lights were dimmed and the rest of the flight ,as we cruised at 37,000 FT ,went uneventful and finally the captain briefed us about the arrival as we began our descent into LKO and the amazing night view of my beautiful city of Lucknow came in sight as we approached RWY 27 for landing.
Yet again a great flight with AirAsia and this one especially being a very historic and memorable one.I Hope you all enjoyed this flight report and Thank you for flying w
