Review of Regent Airways flight from Cox's Bazar to Dhaka in Economy

It's the end of  holidays and now I have to go back home, Cox's Bazar airport is a small regional airport but it is a very well-known city for Bangladeshis, it is their seaside resort and something that few people know is that the beach in this city is the longest continuous sandy beach in the world, about 120 km

Cox's Bazar Airport

Cox's Bazar Airport is a small local airport in the far south of Bangladesh, serving only domestic flights. There's a small aircraft graveyard with three planes from defunct airlines, including the ATR 72 I flew three years earlier with the now-bankrupt United Airways.
Check-in is done at the Regent Airways counter, where any excess weight must be paid for. I had to pay for 300 gr of excess lugage a first for me…
Boarding is via direct access to the tarmac. I love these small airports where it's still possible to access the plane directly from the runway.

Our aircraft of the day is a Dash 8 Q 300 S2-AHB which began its career with Augsburg Airways in 2000 before being acquired by Regent in 2010. It is used on the company's domestic flights

Boarding starts shortly after the arrival of the aircraft

the flight was  full, like most of the domestic flights I've been on.
Next to us is an Embraer 145 from Novo Air, another Bangladeshi airline.

Onboard service will be provided by two cabin crew members, a steward, and a lady flight attendant.
The traditional cardboard box is provided on this 90-minute flight.

The flight went smoothly and we arrived in Dhaka in the early afternoon, I then proceed to the check in of Saudia  to take my return flight to Paris.
