Reaching Jabalpur airport
JLR is located in the town named Dumna, on the outskirts of Jabalpur, some 20 km from the city centre. Only a few transportation options are available to reach the airport - either by Cabs (Ola/Uber) or the metro bus services. The costs of the cab are moderate to high. If going by personal vehicle or auto-rikshaw, you may need to pay an extra 50-100 INR.
I arrived by an auto rickshaw that dropped me at the entrance - shown below in the picture - of the airport (a 1 km walk to the airport building entry).

Jabalpur Terminal Building
This is a recently constructed terminal building, a small domestic airport. On average, 3 flights run on a daily basis. Indigo only as of now.
Inside, there were some 5 check-in counters, of which only two were operational by Indigo. I had the cabin baggage, so I went directly up to the security after the self-check-in at the kiosk.

Also, out of 4 security check counters, only one was operational. Despite there being three flights back to back, to BLR, DEL and HYD, in the gap of 40 minutes.
Took me 30 minutes to complete the security check process, with no items going to manual checking.

Post Security Check - Boarding Gates
At JLR, there are two floors. On the first floor, there are four gates, and it has sufficient seating capacity for the passengers.
Only one snacks/food stall is operational in the terminal building that too available post security check. Washrooms are clean, taps are manual, not sensor-based.
As well as, there is a smoking room too.
One big downside is that there are very few/no charging ports for mobile phones in the waiting area.

Boarding
As same as any other boarding at any airport. ONLY difference is, there was a further line just before the jet-bridge for the manual check-up of the cabin luggage (remind you that all this have been done at the security). This might be an extra precautions due to the ongoing tension in India (vs Pak).

Inside Cabin And Outside Window
It is an Airbus A320neo aircraft. And the conditioning of the aircraft from inside is average. Saying this, because, the seat 18D was broken (Mine was 18F - I realized it while reaching to my seat).
The aircraft was full of passengers, though. Only a few seats were empty.
Indigo is an budget airlines and there are no entertainment unit or WiFi available.
The meal/food items were available as per the standard price by Indian domestic flights - Indigo. Like cold drinks, sandwiches, etc. If you have pre-booked food, you will be served earlier than anyone. The flight was smooth, and not much turbulence. Even though there were announcements of bad weather from the pilot twice.

Bangalore Arrival
The flying time was 1 hour 40 minutes. We landed before the scheduled time. And it was raining in the Bangalore (as usual)!
I also spotted Ethiopian airlines aircraft while taxi to the arrival gates.

And also, people started queuing up unnecessary before the cabin gate was opened - very common at many places.

As you exit BLR airport there are plenty of options to go to city. KIA buses, cabs (prepaid/postpaid). Everything. Very efficient.
