The flight is from tlv ben gurion airport, after that flight delayed 1:30 hours and nobody tells us why, we board by bus from gate D2.
After the boarding we used to stay on the plane for 30 minutes without moving of the plane.
The flight was horror because the low air conditioning and no free water or juices after 3 times that you take.
No movies on the flight or a map during the flight.
The plane was dirty in seats and on the table.
I ordered a hot meal at the phone of Travel service/Smartwings.
The landing was in a rainy day at august, the landing was ok.
Please don't fly with this company and take a diffrent company if you have a choice.

Also, the options for Prague aren't so good... UP? They're also not so good...

BELIEVE ME THAT UP BETTER THAN TRAVEL SERVICE, THEY HAVE A FREE WATER ON THE FLIGHT AND GOOD air conditioning.
MABY UP TAKE A PRICE FOR LAGGAGE BUT YOU CAN FLY NORMALY AND NOT LIKE A SARDIN IN TRAVEL SERVICE.

I SAW VIDEOS AND PICTURES AND EVEN MORE PEOPLES THAT FLEW ON UP PLANES, THEY ALL TOLD ME THAT IT IS A BASIC AIRLINE WITHOUT SERVICE AND ALL SEATS WAS COMFORTABLE.

My uncle travelled with UP and I was in UP aircraft during ELAL tour in last August.
It's not so good as you think.
The cabin isn't so comfortable.
Comfortable when you compare them to Iran air maybe.
