30 minutes after take off, the crew served breakfast:

Included: Omelet, butter, roll bread, white cheese 5% fat, cake, water and hot drinks.
The breakfast was OK except the omelet that made from Egg powder.

Arkia crew are always very nice, in all my flights with them, They accepted my request for visit in the cockpit.

Conclusion

Arkia is small Israeli airline that operates ATR72, Boeing 757-300, EMB195 and EMB190.
Their cabins including only economy seats.
The service is very good. The flight attendents always smile and help, the cockpit crew never declined my request for visit in cockpit. (Even it was after landing and not during flight)

The B753 is nice but it's old. They still using old overhead TV (CRT TV).
The cabin isn't so clean because the B753 working very hard for the route to ETH (Eilat airport in Israel, 35 minutes flight from TLV airport) and for outland routes.

If Arkia flight price is lower than ELAL, I'll fly with Arkia, but when ELAL flight price is lower or equal to Arkia, I'll choose to travel with ELAL. Because their better food and the newer aircrafts for European routes usually..

I changed It, this is what happen when You write flight report in 1AM when You're tired... :)

It's not the egg powder that used for sports, I think It's different.
