Arriving 4Am from Buenos Aires the airport looks empty. So i wen to the Admirals Lounge to take a shower a drink a coffee. The lounge is bigger and in this hours really nice to visit. The Breakfast is basic but its ok.

I choose to flight the B763 because the seat is lie flat, even in a hour flight, is really nice to be confortable. No IFE, just a magazine. And in this flight just is offered a cup of water or orange juice, in 2 times. But nothing more

Taxi time and depart.

The cabin its ok. Nothing special about the crew, in 60 minutes fly can be objetive about the service, right? No IFE, No Wifi, no iPads, no catering, no nothing more than sleep. And was what i did.

I have to be honest, I find your grading to be very harsh here. Only 6.5 for the cabin? You have a lie-flat seat giving full aisle-access on a 1 hour domestic flight--you literally could not possible have a better seat on this type of route. To me that should be close to a 10.

0.5 for IFE is very harsh as well considering by normal standards, short domestic flights under 3 hours within the U.S. have no IFE except an in-flight magazine. Most 1 hour flights are operated by Regional Jets with no IFE. Considering no IFE on short flights is the norm--an average grade around 5 would seem more fair.

Of course, you can grade your reports however you feel, but the grades struck me as extreme considering this is about as good a product as you can get on such a short flight.

    Thanks for sharing.
