Arrived from MCO in the Concourse A so i decided to visit the Admiral Club in thie part of the Airport. The Lounge looks new and nice.

Them i went to the Concourse D because i was flying in F Cabin so i had to try the First Class Dinning.

The service is limitaded, the food is too. The baverage are ok, good Champagine, and Italian Watter and a few soft drinks. The place is small and quiet. Is just to eat and go to the other saloon. I mean, not to much friendly or confortable

I tryed the Service Bag Track and is really nice, you can see where are your bags in every part of the flight.

The Place was the B777, old cabin, of course with the One World Livery and a yellow noise.

The First Class Cabin looks old, spacious yes, but old. The Purser was a lady that i recognize from other flights so i said to her and she was really happy and was so simpathy with me.

The Amenity Kit is difference from Buesiness Cabin, the shape and the cosmetics are diferents but the other are the same

The TCP gave me a Pajama , the old one, nothing new.

The First Class Menu is diffente but OH MY GOD! The options foods are the same of Business Class. Whatz!?!?!?! The only diference was a Soup (?). This is a negative point to American, they, in the website say in First Class you have more options of foods and drinks and is not true.

The service was slowly, and Silvia bring the food for separated, this was nice.

The Boursin cheese is horrible so i choose the Turkey and was tasty and nice.

The breakfast was not the best, but the Quiche Loraine is great and taste ok.

Conclusion

My first time in a First Class cabin, i have to say... Give me the AY, CX or even AA Business Cabin Please!! And i will save 2.000 American Dollars with more service.
Beeing seriuos, nothing special to say about this trip, the captain let me visit the cockpit (amazing!) but the service is the same of the J Class, the food options are the same and, a example: I Ask to my TCP the Sundae AND the Apple Pie Cake and, flying in F she said me: Oh, you have to choice the Sundae OR the Cake. I was in shock because, you know, First Class Pax and you say No about a little cake? WTF??
The IFE didnt work untill 2 hours fly and the screen is old and small and with no good definition.
So, American have a inconsistent product, offering the same of Business Class but asking u$s2000 more (Now have 1 more baggage than J) But, nothing special for you to feel a First Class Passanger.

Sorry that your first time in International First had to be on AA's old 77E--these seats aren't really much better than the new J seats and the service level is barely better than in J, with the only difference in the soft product being a soup and better wines. The good new is, the old F seat is waaaay better than the old angled lie-flat J seat.

U.S. Carriers have all but done away with International F. Delta got rid of it over 10 years ago, UA only has it on a few aircraft and just announced they will be doing away with it as planes get the new Polaris Business class, and after all the AA 77Es get the new J cabin, only 77Ws will be left with F in the AA fleet.

Personally I wouldn't pay for F on AA, but it would be a good use of a Systemwide Upgrade if you were already booked in J. Thanks for sharing!
