After a pleasant few days in Lanzarote it was time to go home!
Again, we had checked-in online, thus avoiding the long check-in queue at the airport and only having to walk to the bag drop-off desk. Afterwards it was on through to security and then airside shopping. The offering at ACE is rather poor, so I just opted for a coffee to have in the outside smoking area.
As the inbound EI778 from Dublin was 30 mins delayed, it meant an extra while having to wait for our own flight. Finally, the 12.7 year old A321 EI-CPH made its arrival, joining a company A320 at the gates.
Already delayed, the aircraft underwent a speedy turn-around and soon all were onboard and the plane pushed back.

I suddenly became very sleepy and dozed for the rest of the flight. Unfortunately it was too dark to take a video of the landing!

There were some queues at security but we got out eventualy and headed straight home!
