Hello Everyone!
This is the journey back from Florida to London, and my second flight-report… Same cabin, Business on British Airways, and same route and same aircraft, 772 which is sadly a bit old as are all flights from LGW on BA. Sadly the FLL airport is pretty filthy (dirty toilets…) and has no lounge as this is being refurbished. They started the EK and BA services with premium seats but no amenities available; we were sent straight away in the tiny waiting area with the rest of the passengers and that's about it! :/
The pre-departure drink was the usual choice of Champagne, Water or Orange juice.
Then followed the take-off on time and the menu handled to everyone.
After another drink, the food service started; the staff was nice without going the extra mile as the outbound flight crew :(
The seat is the usual Club World seat so I did not found particularly useful to review this.
The flight was quite peaceful and the bar was set up though not particularly appealing to me if I'm honest, I think BA could improve the offering on this (when I see pics of AA's one…)
Then came the second service, which was just ok…
Before arriving in London! LGW is still horrible with a very cheap Easy Jet look and feel throughout and going back to the city is just a nightmare and expensive (GX trains on strike!)
Quite lackluster report with minimal photos. Hopefully you could provide more in your next report. The right count especially for a premium cabin should range in the 50s and above.
