This is the detailed report of our Hyd-Mumbai return journey by Jet Airways.
We stayed at Hyd for 4 nights, then moved to Sri Sailam [A holy place around 4-5 hours away from Hyd by Road] spent a night there at a dharamshala [sadan/satram] as its locally called & on 9th morning [by 9 am] again left for Hyderabad. There was practically no major traffic hence we managed to reach almost on time [by 1.30pm for our 3 pm flight].
Below is the pic of the almost completed sadan where we stayed for 6-7 hours at Sri Sailam. Priced at moderate Rs 300 per room [5 USD Approx], plus 200 Rs [3-4 USD] as total refundable deposit charges for both our rooms & 400 Rs [7-8 USD] as the broker's commission [since most of the sadans in & around the temple were FULL], we ended up paying approx 1000 Rs for a total of 6-7 hours for 2 very basic rooms, equipped with a double sized bed & attached Indian style washroom.
Nothing special about the rooms from inside hence didn't bother to click any pic. They charge for almost everything, right from a bucket of hot water [30 rs] to the cleaning staff asking for tips while leaving. We took the hot water only for my 3 yr old daughter.
Post a heavy breakfast, we left by 9 am & somehow managed to reach Shamshabad [Hyd] Airport by 1.30 pm. The airport is quite far from the city, almost 50 kilometers from where we had stayed. I guess Mumbai is one of those few cities with an international airport within the city limits.

Since we had already checked in online, we just had to drop the luggage at the check in counters. We had an entire row of 6 seats for our full family [3*3]. Area before the boarding gates
Hyd Airport is spacious enough. Post all security checks, we were sitting at the boarding area. Our gate number was 30A.
Boarding commenced by around 2.15 pm in a systemmatic manner. We were the last ones to board from our zone ie Zone 4 2 Indigo Airline Flights waiting at their respective gates for their departure to other cities down south.
Oman Air, that just landed from Muscat
Our flight, which arrived from some other destination [missed out on the exact location]
A not so good image taken from the Aerobridge before boarding
A more clear view of our bird for this afternoon flight. Check in staff said its a packed one, as flights to Mumbai are always full

View 2 of the Premiere Cabin clicked while boarding, as far as I recollect it was half full.
Economy Class seats, surprisingly they had personal screens for every seat, but it was switched off. Jet Airways rather has a free streaming facility which allows unlimited access [1 hour in our case for this short flight] on your personal mobile. I asked my neighbour how to use this since I wasn't able to connect through the free WIFI on board, to which he happily helped me. Thanks mate, coz of you I could catch one full hour of my fav show "Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai Season 1"
Jet Screen - with the logo only during the entire flight
Seat pitch - just ok for a short flight

The offered Lunch [both for kids & adults] was the same, a portion of noodles, a chocolate, bottle of water. Was constantly chatting with my little one during the entire flight hence couldn't click any picture of the meal. My wife had a non vegetarian meal which consisted of a small portion of Chicken Tikka with some other small offering as well [again missed out on it]. Since my daughter already had a heavy brunch [post her b'fast], she just had her kit-kat for lunch.
Post the lunch, crew did few rounds of tea & coffee again with multiple rounds of bottled water for anyone who asked for. Not once did they say its counted / limited unlike other LCC which counts everything. Another of those economy perks flying a full service carrier.
The crew was good, greeted everyone both while boarding & while deplaning. Flight was on time this around [unlike our first leg of the journey].
We reached Mumbai on time & by 6 pm were at home Air India planes at T2 Mumbai

Conclusion
Jet Airways desperately needs to revamp their so called Vegetarian Meals on board. Seriously, while going it was a small portion of Ragda pattice & while returning another small portion of noodles. While going my daughter got a veg burger [kids meal] but not the case while returning. The crew handed out the meal box to my wife saying "kids meal" but it was the same bland noodles.
For 5000 Rs return [70-80 USD] can surely suggest Jet for domestic routes.
Cheers
