Hello all! My name is Kevin from Indonesia. This is the second part of my last winter (Chinese New Year) holiday to Hongkong.

After arrived at Terminal 3, I decided to take "Changi Dollar Voucher" first, so when I come back again on my inbound flight, I could spent it directly. FYI, earlier this year, SQ had a transit programme with giving passengers who had transit flight in Singapore SGD 40 vouchers, which consist of SGD 20 voucher to buy cosmetics or liquor, and other SGD 20 to buy all things in the airport. But, because I bought my ticket at Singapore Airlines Travel Fair in Surabaya, they gave me more SGD 20 voucher. In total, I had SGD 60 vouchers.
Got my vouchers, I managed to walk to the gate, and when I reached the gate, there were many people sitting down. Around 40 minutes later, the boarding call started
First time with 9V-SRQ (And also my first time with B777 series), and I felt so happy!
When we reached the cabin, the purser gretted us and asked about our seat. When I saw the PTV, my expectations dropped dramatically, because the IFE in this plane were the old one which still using remote.
The plane started taxiing at 3 PM. We passed some of SQ heavies
Seat pocket contains safety card, airsickness bag, and magazines
Departed on time, this old 772ER climbed until reach 35.000 feet. I felt that the air conditioner in this 772ER didn't work properly, because it still hot inside the cabin, eventhough we already cruising for around 45 minutes. Anyone know more about this case?
The crews started distributing menu, and then the meals. The option were Chicken Pasta and Pork Trotter with Rice. We chose the latter one
It tastes decent, and I felt that the pork still fishy :(
I also requested for the signature drink of SQ, Singapore Sling, which took around 3-5 minutes to prepare it
The crew started to cleaned up the trays and distributed dessert. I expected Haagen Dazs ice cream for the dessert. Sadly, no Haagen Dazs in this flight, and we were given this SATS chocolate ice cream
Of course, the taste was under my expectation, it just mediocre.
Finished with dessert, I learned how to operate the remote for the IFE. Yeah, it was my first time using remote, because usually I flew with aircrafts which have touch screen IFE :-)
Checking flight map and flight information
I watched The Secret Life of Pets. In the middle of the film, I wanted to go to the lavatory, but I couldn't paused it. When I back, I tried to return the movie to the scene before I went to toilet, but what happened was the film back to the beginning! Finally, I decided to watch the other movies
After that, it was uneventful flight. The weather were great, so we didn't have some turbulences until descending. The plane landed at 7.10 PM, and parked at almost the end of the terminal.
We said some farewell with the good crews, and I processed to ferry terminal, because I went to Macao directly. When we bought the ticket, we must presented our luggages' sticker on boarding pass, so the ground crews could picked them up and loaded into our ferry. I took "Cotai Water Jet" to Taipa, since my hotel was nearer to Taipa terminal than Macao Maritime terminal.
The ferry were quite empty, very low load factor that night
Here are some bonus of Macao
Walk around the casinos
You must try this Portuguese Egg Tart when you visit Macao. I think Cafe e Nata has the best egg tart
Visit Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul

Hi, ITSKEVIN.
IFE looks too old. I hate this type of old IFE because It was hard to control. When I board the aircraft with such a type of IFE, I always give up fighting it and just watch the map.
And, Singapore Sling sounds great! I want to try this.
Hey,
Same with me, that was my first time with those kind of IFE, and I hate it very much.
Yeah, you must try Singapore Sling when you fly with SQ
Thanks for reading man!
