So I am only doing one review of my two Southwest flights. A video for the first one WN760 (ATL-HOU) is right bellow:
OK! So lets get on with Southwest Airlines flight WN12 from HOUSTON HOBBY to DALLAS LOVE-FIELD.

So I get off at HOU after an hour and a half long flight from ATL and I got a 70 minute connection. I go do some pictures of parked & taxiing planes as my gate was already allocated and I had found it….
It was right opposite the gate I had just walk out from! My video will show this!
So I had booked this under the impression I'd get a brand new Boeing 737-MAX. However it would turn out to be on a regular Boeing 737-800 with split-scimitar winglets.

Non the less it had the newer cabin style and still carried the "Canyon Blue" livery which was good as it is something that won't be easily available next time I fly SWA.

We pushed back on time and left the airport following a ten minute taxi to the runway. We had a roll-out take off. So no hanging about! Always a bonus.

Once airborne the crew offered free snack packets with nuts and soft drinks for free.

Flying across Texas, even in January, the weather was brilliant and offered a great view over the vast Southern land!

So our finals into DAL was quite efficient. We had a clear approach. Coming in after the main morning rush!

We taxied around the airport for 15 minutes before getting on stand. Before leaving I visited via the flight deck.

After checking into my hotel and leaving DAL, I went to visit the FRONTIERS OF FLIGHT MUSEUM located just off the airport.

The main highlight was the two Southwest Boeing 737 (-200A & -300) open for most of the planes access.

Nice report. My wife and I are flying with Southwest from DAL-SAN in a week. Looking forward to flying with them - it's been a while since I've flown on Southwest.
Thank you!
Glad you liked the report!
