Check-in was chaotic and only 2 counters opened for 180 economy passengers, I waited 30 minutes.

total BS outdated entertainment system… fine for a short domestic flight, but definitely not a 13.5 one
It feels like the seat and the PED are 20 year old although the plane was only 2 year old.
The bathroom was clean with artificial flowers and scents.

Visually the meals don't look too bad and there are even snacks in the galley, something Chinese airlines don't always provide.
Nice that the crew was at least friendly, as this is not always the case as seen in reports on CA or MU.
It seems it was alright. You can check out my XiamenAir report too, which seems to have better pitch, food, and even IFE despite cramping in 9 on each row. I've had worse personally on Delta in 2015, only thing great was the IFE and some aspects of service
