Coming back Home on Middle East Airlines, our national carrier this was enough to feel home before reaching it! I arrived to the airport at 6 PM checked in the first, and then went to the passport control, then to our terminal Gate 32 at London Heathrow International Airport.
We boarded the freshly new painted Aircraft Airbus A320 OD-MRO, and went to my Business class seat. The FAs came and gave us blankets and pillows also headphones, with her warm smile along with a welcome drink. The flight was full. The takeoff and rotation was smooth, luckily we departed on time from the busy crowded airport Heathrow, and after around 20min they started to serve us the delicious meal, I took the beef option, the second option was chicken and the third option was seafood meal, three of them are very tasty as we all know how delicious are the meals on MEA but at the moment I wanted to try the beef option, as I tried the chicken option before and regarding the seafood meals… I am not seafood person, However I asked other passengers and they said it is of course delicious. The FAs were nice enough that they were refilling my cup with soda drink. After the meal, they served us with some cheese, and then the sweet cake, that we simply fell in love with it as it tastes really good!

Then I was enjoying the rich IFE that has information about all MEA history and some great nice national and international movies and many varieties of games. we started our descend to Beirut, Lebanon. The FAs made last cabin check by FAs to ensure safety and comfort and handed us some hot towels, we made a very smooth touch down by our skilled pilots.
The de-boarding was fast and the passport control was fast as well, because during winter and dead season the passport control at 4 5 am is not crowded.

Thanks for sharing! I like that MEA has real Business class seats on their narrowbody fleet which makes these types of medium-haul flights much more comfortable in J. It would be nice if more European carriers, besides BA and IB, had subfleets with real J seats for the longer medium-haul flights from Europe to the Middle East.
P.S. I updated your report to Business class, it was showing Economy. Also, since you arrived so early for the flight, did you not visit the lounge? If so some details about the lounge visit would be interesting as well as rating of the lounge.
Sadly couldnt make it to the lounge as i had to visit the Dury Free and get personal things. Hopefully next time ??with new airline maybe ;)
Nice flight report. As usual MEA catering is the best
Indeed ❤??
