Due to late arrival into Zurich I proceeded directly to my A gate where the TAP Express Embraer had just arrived from Porto to fly back soon.
Boarding was very calm and organized with a dedicated priority boarding lane.
The flight attendants welcomed everybody friendly and I took my window seat 2F. The cabin looked a little bit used and definitely much older than the Lufthansa Embraer I have just connected from.
However the pitch was huge (probably the biggest I had on a European Business Class seat) and the seat comfortable.

There were 3 rows of Business Class separated by a curtain to Economy and there was only 1 other passenger in Business Class this evening.
Before take off the friendly flight attendant offered pillows in Business Class.
We departed ca. 15 minutes behind schedule and started our flight of ca. 2 hours to Porto.
Soon after take off a menu was distributed, but no refreshing towel as normally on TAP flights.
Then all flight attendants disappeared to Economy Class for ca. 40 minutes without offering any first drink etc. which I found very strange.
Finally the flight attendant returned and asked me for my main dish choice where I opted for the fish.
Minutes later a nice dinner meal tray was offered along with nice warm breads from a basket. Every single part of the meal tasted excellent with a very fresh & rich flavour. It was a real pleasure.
Now drink choices were asked and I had a glass of nice Portuguese white wine and water.
Drink refills were also proactively offered now and I had some more wine.
Once the meal tray was removed I asked for a cup of tea and some port wine which was nicely served on a small tray.
The flight attendant made sure that I like the Port wine.
The flight passed by very smoothly and we touched down on time and parked at an airbridge to disembark quickly.

While friendly cabin crew does help a bit, it is completely unacceptable that there was literally no service towards you as business class passenger for a good solid 40 minutes with economy having priority. Thanks for your report.
You are totally right: Business Class passengers should always get attention during the whole flight. And only offering a single Drink before helping in Economy would have made a huge difference. However at least the meal and rest of flight was fine
